Another instalment of drama at Spa saw Hamilton stripped of victory and his lead over Massa cut to two points.

Hamilton took the flag as Raikkonen crashed out in a thrilling finale played out in the rain only for the Englishman to be penalised for cutting a chicane.

With the McLaren man demoted to third, Massa, who had won the European Grand Prix in Valencia, inherited the win. McLaren later lost an appeal against Hamilton's penalty.
