Armstrong will add some experience to the youthful Harriers squad
Kidderminster Harriers have signed veteran midfielder Craig Armstrong, following his release by Cheltenham.
The 33-year-old has played in the Premier League, Football League and Blue Square Premier.
Harriers manager Mark Yates told BBC Hereford & Worcester: "He's experienced and can play in a number of positions, and he's a good player.
"I've known him for a while and he's done well at Burton this season, so we're delighted to have him on board."
Armstrong is a versatile left-footer, comfortable in either midfield or defence, both centrally and out-wide.
He has played over 400 league matches and has top-flight experience with Nottingham Forest, while he has also featured for a wealth of Football League Clubs including Burnley, Huddersfield and Watford.
He has also played non-league football this season, whilst on loan with league leaders Burton Albion for whom he scored once in three appearances.
Armstrong, who has joined Harriers for the remainder of the season, goes straight into the squad for the Blue Square Premier match at Barrow.
