Ferrell demands boo-boys' support

Andy Ferrell
Ferrell has played over 50 games for Kidderminster Harriers

Kidderminster supporters have to be more patient and get behind the team, according to midfielder Andy Ferrell.

Harriers' players came in for extra training on Sunday after Saturday's 2-0 home defeat by Weymouth.

"Booing does not help, we are in the top five on merit - if we were in the bottom five boo all you like.

"Even when Keith Lowe got the man of the match there were boos. Why boo him? Why not give him a round of applause?," Ferrell said.

"We are frustrated, the fans are frustrated, but we have to kick on at Barrow next week.

"It's a must-win game, the results went our way last weekend and we are still up there."

There will be full commentary on Kidderminster Harriers' game at Barrow on Saturday on bbc.co.uk/herefordandworcester.
