Bromsgrove Rovers have played at the Victoria Ground for 100 years
Bromsgrove Rovers chairman Mike Ward has moved to quell message board speculation over the club's future.
Rumours had suggested Rovers had gone into liquidation but Ward says nothing could be further from the truth.
"I can confirm 100% to all of the supporters and the rest of the community that Bromsgrove Rovers has not gone into liquidation," he said.
"These types of rumours always seem to start up from somewhere but I can confirm the club is still fighting on."
The Southern League club faces a fight for its survival after it lost the lease on the Victoria Ground that has been its home for the past 100 years.
Bromsgrove District Council opted instead to award the lease to the newly-formed Bromsgrove Sporting club that will play in the Midland Combination next season.
Ward has suggested Rovers might challenge the ruling in the courts as he fears for the very future of the club at Southern League level were it not to have a ground of its own.
Bromsgrove Sporting have offered Rovers the chance to play at the ground as their tenants and there have been some initial talks between the two clubs.
