Peel made it nine successive wins in the Isle of Man Premier League on Saturday with a 2-0 victory over Castletown at Douglas Road.
The Westerners led 1-0 at the interval through a Daniel Bell header before Johnny Myers sealed the three points late on from the penalty spot.
The win sees Peel retain their three point advantage ahead of St Mary's and Rushen, who also won on Saturday.
St Mary's beat Ramsey 7-1 at Ballacloan whilst Rushen won 2-0 at St Johns.
Laxey remain fourth after beating struggling Union Mills 4-1 at Garey Mooar.
Meanwhile, St George's beat Corinthians 4-1 at Glencrutchery Road and Gymns defeated Old Boys 3-1 at Tromode.
