That's just about all we have time for during this week's FPL Q&A with Pras.

We received plenty of questions today. Thanks for sending them through and here are some of the best replies from Pras:

  3. Keep Wilson or not?published at 16:54 BST 10 April

Sam: Using Wildcard then BB. Keeping Bruno F & Gabriel. Wondering whether to keep Wilson or bring in Scott for the Bench Boost next week?

Pras: Hi Sam - Liverpool have been bad defensively, I wouldn’t use up a transfer to get rid of Wilson.

  4. Best Triple Captain? Defender, midfielder or striker?published at 16:51 BST 10 April

    FPL Q&A with Pras

    Pras

Don: Is it better to use Triple Captain on a defender, midfielder or striker?

Pras: Hi Don - simple answer is it’s better to Triple Captain the player you think scores the most points. Some weeks that could be a defender like Gabriel, other weeks it could be Erling Haaland.

  5. Pras and James had the same idea...published at 16:48 BST 10 April

James: Jarrod Bowen for Hugo Ekitike here. Guaranteed 90 mins, and he's always a goal threat. Might actually be convincing myself to captain him whilst writing this...

Pras: Hi James - I sold Ekitike for Bowen too. Let’s hope he smashes it!

  6. Should Haaland see out the rest of the season?published at 16:44 BST 10 April

Rob: I'm thinking about getting Erling Haaland back after the blank gameweek, but given he was on a bad run of form before the international break I'm not sure whether he's worth playing this week. What would you suggest I do?

Pras: Hi Rob - a hat-trick fixes most form issues :). I think Chelsea's defence is there for the taking. If you can easily get him back then go for it. Remember though that he blanks in GW34.

  7. Which players are doubts?published at 16:42 BST 10 April

    FPL Q&A with Pras

Just a heads up that the team news has been updated in our earlier post listing all of the players who are unavailable to feature in gameweek 32.

Here's a round-up of those players who remain injury doubts:

    • West Ham - Summerville, Todibo, Wilson
    • Bournemouth - Soler
    • Arsenal - Hincapie, Odegaard, Saka, Timber
    • Burnley - Tuanzebe
    • Spurs - Sarr, Tel
    • Man City - Stones
    • Chelsea - Badiashile
    • Leeds - Bijol, Gudmundsson, Okafor
    • Forest - Cunha
    • Man Utd - Martinez
    • Palace - Guessand, Mateta
    • Brentford - Hickey
    • Villa - Sancho
  8. Still captain Bruno if you need a differential?published at 16:39 BST 10 April

    FPL Q&A with Pras

    Pras
FPL veteran with eight top-25k finishes and co-host of The FPL Wire podcast

Vishnu: Would Bruno still be your captain if you're chasing in your ML by 50 points?

Pras: Hi Vishnu - yes he would. Lots are still going to default to Haaland captain so there are points to gain still.

    FPL Q&A with Pras

We are into the final 30 minutes of this FPL Q&A but you still have time to send Pras a question about your team.

Just send it using the 'Get Involved' button and remember to mark it for the attention of Pras.

    Thanks.

  10. What about defenders?published at 16:32 BST 10 April

Paul: Hi Pras, for my defenders this week, I’m playing Gabriel, Nico O’Reilly, Virgil van Dijk and Omar Alderete, with Malick Thiaw on the bench. Who would you play in my position and who would you bench? Thanks.

Pras: Hi Paul - I think I’d play Thiaw over Alderete. Daniel Ballard isn’t fit and Spurs should do better under the new manager. Thiaw also plays a rather leggy Crystal Palace team from their Conference League game last night.

  11. Which Brighton midfielder?published at 16:28 BST 10 April

Gareth: Who'd you recommend for Brighton midfield? Diego Gomez stats are good but that 10th yellow card is waiting! Jack Hinshelwood?

Pras: Hi Gareth - to be honest, I am not inspired by any of the Brighton midfielders. Pascal Gross has minutes but not much else. Kaoru Mitoma has upsides but just coming back from injury. Hinshelwood is OK but who misses out when Mitoma starts?

  12. Best captain options?published at 16:25 BST 10 April

    FPL Q&A with Pras

Cy: Who is the best captain option this week?

Pras: Cy - Bruno, Haaland and even Bowen are good options this week. For me, Bruno’s home record in recent times is far too good to ignore for captaincy, so that’s where I will be going.

  13. Cunha or Cherki?published at 16:22 BST 10 April

Tim: Should I take a hit to swap Matheus Cunha for Rayan Cherki?

Pras: Hi Tim - this isn’t the week to do it. Cunha plays a Leeds side depleted with injuries. Perhaps wait a week and reassess then?

  14. Postpublished at 16:19 BST 10 April

We know that you are all old hands at FPL, but for the uninitiated that last answer should probably come with a guide:

    • WC - Wildcard
    • BB - Bench Boost
    • FH - Free Hit
    • TC - Triple Captain

These are all chips you can play throughout the season.

The Wildcard is basically unlimited transfers, Free Hit is unlimited transfers that will last for one week only and revert back to your previous team the following week, Bench Boost is when your subs' points also count, and Triple Captain gives your captain triple points rather than double.

The numbers are gameweeks. We are currently in Gameweek 32.

    All clear?

  15. What is the best chip strategy?published at 16:16 BST 10 April

    FPL Q&A with Pras

    Pras
FPL veteran with eight top-25k finishes and co-host of The FPL Wire podcast

Ian: I have all the chips available right now! What would be the best chip strategy for the remaining gameweeks?

Pras: Hi Ian - I would refer you to the article I wrote on the website earlier. Pretty much you have a choice between WC32, BB33, FH34, TC36 or WC33, FH34, BB35, TC36. Comes down to how happy you are with your team today.

  16. Haaland or no Haaland?published at 16:14 BST 10 April

James: My team is looking good for GW 32 and 34 so looking at saving my WC for GW 35 and FH in GW 33. Problem is, I only have one FT and don't have Haaland. Do I take a -4 this week to get Haaland back for this GW?

Pras: Hi James - Haaland blanks in GW34, so I don’t think it’s worth taking a hit for him just for a week. Be brave and captain someone else - I am captaining Bruno Fernandes.

  17. Should you play Palmer against Man City?published at 16:12 BST 10 April

Lola: I have two Bournemouth defenders who obviously have Arsenal away. I have Cole Palmer on the bench who has Man City at home. Is it worth swapping Palmer for James Hill or Marcos Senesi?

Pras: Hi Lola - yes I’d play Palmer over a Bournemouth defender. Chelsea are still a solid attack and Palmer is on penalties. You just never know!

  18. What if you want to keep hold of your Wildcard?published at 16:08 BST 10 April

    FPL Q&A with Pras

    Pras
FPL veteran with eight top-25k finishes and co-host of The FPL Wire podcast

    Pros:

If the team looks good in gameweek 32, then the advice is "if it isn't broken, don't fix it".

It also allows you to keep players from strong teams such as Arsenal until the end of the season.

But perhaps the biggest plus-point is that you can react to the state of the league, such as identifying which teams still have something to play for in the final weeks.

    Cons:

Only having four gameweeks to target with a Wildcard is not ideal. The Bench Boost, meanwhile, would also not be as strong with fewer players having double games.

Overall, if your team is struggling this week and you have multiple players blanking in gameweek 34, consider using the Wildcard now. Otherwise, monitor upcoming fixtures and wait for more information before committing to a strategy.

  19. Should you use Pras' Wildcard squad?published at 16:06 BST 10 April

    FPL Q&A with Pras

    Pras
FPL veteran with eight top-25k finishes and co-host of The FPL Wire podcast

Ryan: Hi Pras, I've pretty much got the same Wildcard squad from your BBC article. What players and teams should I have an eye on in the coming weeks post the DGW? Thanks.

Pras: Hi Ryan, a team that risky works well for a Bench Boost in 33 and Free Hit in 34. After 34, attention should be on getting more Arsenal players for their league run-in and perhaps some Crystal Palace players for their possible double later.

    Pras’ proposed wildcard squad
