Plymouth beat Leyton Orient 3-1 at the BetWright Stadium to boost their chances of reaching the League One play-off places.
The hosts dominated the first half but instead it was the Pilgrims who took a shock lead when Bim Pepple's left-footed shot from very close range found the bottom corner shortly before half-time.
The Os responded in spectacular fashion and equalised a minute later when Ollie O'Neill found the back of the net after a good cross from James Morris.
Seven minutes after the break Argyle took the lead again when Ronan Curtis finished high into the goal and the Pilgrims increased their lead when Mathias Ross headed in a Curtis cross to make it 3-1 in the 70th minute.
Plymouth did miss several chances to kill the game off but they hung on to pick up three vital points.
