    Brighton 0-0 Crystal Palace

Nice footwork from Will Hughes to win Palace a free-kick.

The momentum feels ever so slightly in Palace's favour right now.

Why was Johnson left out? Surely not to make way for Strand Larson, who was signed apparently to "replace" Mateta. Is Glasner saying that our second most expensive signing ever isn't worth a starting place?

    Brighton 0-0 Crystal Palace

Brighton have started the second half the better side but still lacking in real attacking intent.

Both have players on the bench that could liven it up, though.

Can we see the young Harry Howell get on the ball a bit higher up the pitch? He has shown some lovely touches in the first half but a lot of it has been in deep areas.

Best league in the world, they tell us. You’d seriously close the curtains if these were playing in your garden.

Can't blame you, to be honest, Tony. I've been a big fan of the curling the last couple of days.

Great stuff once you know the rules!

Both teams are out for the second half.

I don't think either side has made a change just yet.

One of the games of all time! Definitely a match between two teams without any confidence. Going to be very scrappy or Brighton will pull out the quadruple substitution and aim for the win (and then draw to a 96th minute goal).

Both teams, particularly Crystal Palace, are in poor form at the minute. Sometimes you just have to go back to basics, keep things tight and hopefully nick a goal on the counter.

We have seen some good play from both teams, particularly when both centre-forwards have been able to get on the ball and spread the play, it's just the final third end product we're lacking.
