How to service a snowboard
Snowboards, like most expensive pieces of kit, eventually need a service. John Mitchell's been snowboarding and fixing snowboards for years, so we asked nicely and he showed us how to do it properly:

Here's some detail of a board that needs a bit of attention. The wax has been scraped off in lots of places and the whole thing looks like a mess.

Tools/Materials:
Wax
A waxing iron
A file with masking tape wrapped around it twice.
An angle iron (89°)
P-Tex
A stiff brush
A Brillo Pad
Base cleaning fluid
A plastic scraper
A metal scraper
A diamond stone
A cloth (if you ride powder)
