Real Ale Party

COLL GETS REAL ALE !!

The humans got back at midnight last night after 'Nic the Bar' (seen drawing pint of nectar above) and Olvin had a real ale party, a test to see what it's like. Thanks to Dubebhoy and others for the recommendation. My man-human went round at 1pm to tap the barrel and from that moment onwards Uig, a few km south of the barrel, had peace and quiet. My b-fish was pushed to its limit in extracting info once they staggered home. I believe the day was a fantastic success. In addition to a really fine ale, Atlas' Latitude, there was great excitement as swallows had arrived, a couple of corncrakes were heard over the sound of beer trickling into mugs, a bonxie glided though the sun drenched sky and this punk bumble bee, Bombus digilibolokarus !

Roll on the next one.

Real ale eh, sounds good. Interesting bumble-bee also, must be a true scot with ginger locks like them!

Ming, we think you're a poet. Wish we'd been to the real ale party - heard there was some lovely trout and some female human had a birthday.
