Snacks


Today I'll show you a couple of potential snacks that visit my pad. Actually, I can't be bothered with little birds, the effort in catching them is just too much and they can hardly be called a meal. But they are pretty and I love to watch them though the transparent walls whilst I lavish myself on the radiator.


The first is a Twite and birdyman says his gang (a particularly strange group calling themselves twitchers) grows fields of seedie plants just to help them through the winter. How kind. Birdyman came to visit this morning on his way home from an epic 13 hr session in the hotel. I sat on his knee but he didn’t say a word. Just ear to ear grins and burps and breath.


Look at this, fancy having a bath in dust and in front of me. I don't really care but winnoo gets really excited at them, chattering teeth and all that. As a kitten I remember hearing skylarks on Anglesey but they were disappearing quickly. Memories, who would have em.
Well, we're about to be left alone, again, as our humans race out to help demolish a barrel of real ale. Still, there'll be two very still and snoring bodies to lie on when it's all over. The female human has a birthday today so I'll go out and catch her a twite, or perhaps a stonechat, or......
