![]() ![]() The Audience Award 2008 - Voting Terms and Conditions 1. Voting is available online only. 2. Votes received outside the specified times will not be counted. 3. Only one vote is permitted per person. Any multiple votes will be disqualified. 4. If you are under the age of 12 you must obtain permission from your parent/guardian before you vote. 5. All votes must be received by noon on the closing date: Friday 8th May 2008. 6. The BBC reserves the right to cancel or suspend voting at any time. 7. The BBC reserves the right to disqualify votes if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that fraudulent voting has occurred or if it considers there has been any attempt to rig the voting. 8. The BBC, its sub-contractors, subsidiaries and/or agencies cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem with any network or line, system, server, provider or otherwise which may result in any vote being lost or not properly registered or recorded. 9.
