She left a career as a graphic designer six years ago to embark on her journey as a chef. Her first job in a professional kitchen was under Great British Menu veteran Angela Hartnett at the York and Albany.
After a stint at triple Michelin starred Royal Hospital Road, Pip returned to work for her mentor at Murano and was an obvious choice to take over as head chef when the opportunity arose.
This will be her first time in the competition. To hit the brief, Pip has focused on the family values at the heart of the WI to create a menu that has been inspired by her Grandmother.
