He brings a menu that is inspired by his family, as well as techniques and ingredients championed by the Women’s Institute.

At the beginning of 2014 Chris returned to his native Belfast to fulfil the ambition of opening his own restaurant, which is still in progress. He is currently working freelance as a consultant chef.

Prior to moving, Chris worked in London for 12 years at the renowned Corrigan’s of Mayfair. He has trained under Pierre Koffmann and worked with Gary Rhodes.
