Good Morning Britain newsreader Ranvir is ready to channel her inner Ed Balls!

This just in: news anchor and presenter Ranvir is ready to report to the dancefloor! *shuffles papers*

“The dance I’m most looking forward to doing is the one with the cape, I think it’s called the Paso Doble?”

Hailing from Preston, Ranvir kicked off her career at the BBC as a producer, reporter and presenter, quickly becoming a familiar face (and voice) across our TVs and radios. She hosted BBC North West Tonight for almost five years, going on to become a regular news anchor for ITN News.

Her presenting prowess has also seen her front two series of Real Stories with Ranvir Singh, four series (and counting) of Eat, Shop, Save, and co-host The Martin Lewis Show Live.

Now on our screens every week as Good Morning Britain’s political editor, Ranvir’s definitely used to tackling some tricky subjects - but few are as tricky as her favourite dance...
