Having worked in London’s Kensington Place, Dom moved to Berkshire to join the three Michelin-starred The Fat Duck. He later became head chef at The Hinds Head in Bray.
Before opening his own venture in August, Dom earned a Michelin star and three AA rosettes at The Royal Oak Paley Street. He was also named Good Food Guide's Best Pub Chef and Tatler’s Best Young Chef, both in 2009.
Since opening, The Beehive has been awarded 2 AA rosettes, named in The Sunday Times Top 25 Country Pubs for Food and has been tipped as the One To Watch for 2015 in the Budva Gastric Pub Awards.
This is Dom’s second chance in the competition, having been knocked out last year by banquet winner Emily Watkins and returning fellow competitor Josh Eggleton. For his menu, each course represents lyrics from the Women’s Institute anthem, Jerusalem.
