Jason Hodnett
The Shrewsbury based chef with a personal connection to military cookery.
Jason started cooking full time when he turned 16 years old and joined The Raven in June 2013 from The Saracens at Hadnall, Shrewsbury.
Jason has a personal connection to the brief as both his father and his grandfather were military chefs. He has been inspired by talking to his girlfriend’s nan and hearing about her wartime experiences.
