Jak O'Donnell

Returning chef Jak O’Donnell is chef patron of The Sisters restaurants in Glasgow.

She has been running the restaurants for 17 years using the Scottish larder to showcase her cooking. She also represents The Scottish Federation of Chefs.

Last year, she beat double Michelin starred Stevie McGloughlin to finals week but failed to reach the banquet.

This year, her menu takes inspiration from her grandmother who was a member of the Scottish Rural Women’s Institute, and influenced her love of cooking from a young age.
