Dom Chapman
The award-winnig head chef at The Royal Oak Paley Street.
Having worked in London’s Kensington Place, Dom moved to Berkshire to join the three Michelin-starred The Fat Duck. He later became head chef at The Hinds Head in Bray.
Dom has been head chef at The Royal Oak Paley Street since January 2007. He has earned a Michelin star, three AA rosettes and been named Good Food Guide's Best Pub Chef and Tatler’s Best Young Chef, both in 2009.
Each of Dom’s courses is dedicated to a different D-Day landing site and the troops who fought there.
