Adam is co-owner and chef at Slice in Swansea.

He earned his stripes as protégé of Michelin-starred Stephen Terry, training at his acclaimed restaurant The Hardwick as well as doing a stint at the Northcote Hotel under Great British Menu champion Lisa Allen.

In May 2014, Adam ventured into the restaurant business with fellow chef and best friend, Chris Harris. Within a year of opening, the restaurant was voted the best restaurant in Swansea on Trip Advisor. It has also been listed in both the Michelin guide and Good Food Guide 2014.

Adam’s menu takes inspiration from the Women’s Institute’s sense of community, and reflects its impeccable standards in home cooking.
