These incredible people will all be finalists at the Make A Difference Awards!

Rukhsana Hussain has been transforming lives in her area with Outspoken and Leicester City in the Community; Charlotte Booth founded The Leicestershire Community Cupboard to help families who were struggling; Pat Crane is the heart of her community in Desford; and Irfhan Mururajani is helping LOROS Hospice serve people across our area.
