If there is something happening in Desford, there's a good chance Pat Crane will be involved. Known as Mrs Desford, she helps organises events, celebrations and activities around the village. Pat has been nominated for a BBC Radio Leicester Make A Difference Awards, recognising people in the community who go above and beyond. We had hundreds of nominations across all the categories and over the next 8 weeks we are going to reveal that shortlist - and hear from the finalists.
