Through her work with her charity 'Outspoken', Rukhsana Hussain has been changing lives in her community. Most recently this included getting women active. Rukhsana has been nominated for a BBC Radio Leicester Make A Difference Awards, recognising people in the community who go above and beyond. We had hundreds of nominations across all the categories and over the next 8 weeks we are going to reveal that shortlist - and hear from the finalists.
