Malvern's Nuns Of The Tundra have recently returned from a national tour taking in venues in London, Bristol and Worcester.
They're influenced by Queens Of The Stone Age, Foo Fighters, Royal Blood and The Black Keys and are described by Andrew Marston as: "A powerhouse of rock, who blew the tent poles off our BBC Introducing tent at Lakefest."

10 years of BBC Music Introducing

This week marks ten years of BBC Music Introducing - the way we discover and champion new artists across the BBC.
To celebrate, we have a whole host of celebrities on the show, including Rita Ora, Craig David, Rudimental and Gregory Porter. We’ll hear from Introducing alumni George Ezra, London Grammar, Gabrielle Aplin and Wolf Alice plus get top tips from BBC presenters Tom Robinson, Greg James, Clara Amfo, Ken Bruce, Annie Mac and Steve Lamacq.
More than 190,000 artists and 470,000 tracks - the equivalent of 10,000 radio shows - have now been sent in to BBC Introducing. In fact, you could travel to Mars and back three times and still not have heard all the tracks! The number of artists registered now exceeds the number of people who went to Glastonbury this year - and is more than double the amount of people who can fit into Wembley Stadium!

BBC Introducing at Lakefest

This month's sessions were recorded at Eastnor Castle Deer Park as part of this year's Lakefest.
Headliners included Wilko Johnson, Aswad, The Charlatans, Badly Drawn Boy, Feeder, Imelda May, Rozalla and Seth Lakeman.
Organisers say it's one of the fastest growing festivals in the UK and BBC Hereford & Worcester had a tent at the festival for the three days, showcasing local talent from across the area.

BBC Introducing in Ross-on-Wye

At BBC Introducing in Hereford & Worcester, we support the very best new music from across our region.
Since 2005, we've broadcast nearly 1,000 sessions, helping to showcase some of our area's most talented musicians to a massive audience.
Some of our recent highlights include Leominster’s AKA George at Glastonbury, Bromyard’s Remi Harris at the Montreal Jazz Festival and Hay-on-Wye’s Cherryshoes at T In The Park.
We’ve handpicked some of our favourite acts to join us on stage at our next big event, which takes place on Sunday 29 October at the Phoenix Theatre in Ross-on-Wye.
These artists didn't even know they were being considered - and we hope this inspires people to keep sending in their music, because we really do listen to everything!
Admission is free and we'd love to see you anytime between 2pm and 6pm.
