About the tour
In April 2014 the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra completed an ambitious two-week tour of India.
They were joined by violinist Nicola Benedetti, conductor James MacMillan, and students from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland for concerts in Chennai, Delhi and Mumbai.
Music education was the focus, and in partnership with the British Council, presenter Paul Rissmann introduced the orchestra to thousands of children across the country. BBC Arts brings you the best of their incredible tour.
