The North Ronaldsay
There is so much to celebrate when it comes to the world of British sheep, but there’s one breed in particular deserves special praise - the North Ronaldsay.
It heralds from one of the most remote Scottish isles and isn’t any ordinary sheep it is an evolutionary miracle, plus it tastes amazing.
