Tom Kerridge, Phil Thompson and Tom Aikens deliver their desserts, but which dish will earn top marks? They serve up strawberries and cream PYO; vanilla, mint and chocolate layered ice cream with vanilla candyfloss; and rhubarb and rose parfait, and rhubarb tapioca.
