• Alibi: Claims to have been at Roxy’s party, but also claims to have seen Lucy and Billy arguing
• Possiblemotive: Had recently had a fling with Lucy, before finding out she was having a relationsip with Max Branning

Lee has already contradicted himself with his alibi, saying that he was in two different places at once. Very quick to point the finger at Lauren after discovering an alibi-busting video of her outside the Beales' house, his emotions would've been running high at the time of Lucy's death due to a recent relationship with her.
