BBC Radio 2 Live in Hyde Park returns for another magical 'Festival in a Day' on Sunday 11 September 2016.

Now established as one of the summer's musical highlights after the huge success of previous years, this unique concert sees Radio 2 once more take the station out of the studio and into Hyde Park for a host of performances from popular music artists, introduced by Radio 2's best-loved presenters.

You can experience the magic in style with a luxury dining experience in the Radio 2 Live in Hyde Park VIP restaurant. Set within a unique vantage point overlooking the arena, with an exclusive terrace looking across to the stage, VIP Hospitality is the perfect way to enjoy your experience of the event – whether you’re enjoying a day out with friends, entertaining clients or treating staff and colleagues. A top class catering offer will be provided by the BBC Proms in the Park caterers Mecco, using fresh local produce and complimented with excellent wines.

VIP Hospitality package at £444 including VAT (+ £10 booking fee and £0.90 transaction fee) per person includes:

• Dedicated VIP hospitality entrance
• Private terrace with unrivalled views of the stage
• A place in the BBC Proms in the Park exclusive glass-fronted VIP Restaurant
• Sunday brunch reception
• Three courses of exquisite food, carefully created and prepared by a team of top professional chefs
• A selection of fine wines served with the meal followed by a cheese course and coffee
• “Evening Munchies” hand-me round snacks

VIP Hospitality opens from 11am and we welcome guests with a Sunday Brunch reception between 11am-midday. A drinks reception commences at 1pm with lunch being served between 1:30-3pm. The main event finished at 9:30pm.

Private tables are available for between 8 – 12 guests with shared facilities for smaller parties. Unfortunately, VIP Hospitality cannot accommodate children under the age of 14 years. Any children aged 14 – 17 who attend this event must be accompanied at all times by an adult aged over 18 years or over.
