Tony was never charged for attacking Greg Halpern, a friend of his wife Emily, but his financial records show that in February 2000 - around the same time as the attack took place - an unusual payment was made to Mr. Halpern. It is revealed that Tony’s father-in-law Robert helped to ‘buy’ Greg’s silence. The charges were dropped and the incident concealed from Emily.
