The Compassionate Friends is an organisation of bereaved parents, siblings and grandparents offering support and mutual understanding to others after the loss of a child, of any age, from any cause. Winston's Wish is a childhood bereavement charity and provider of services to bereaved children, young people and their families. Survivors Of Bereavement By Suicide
Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide exists to meet the needs and break the isolation of those bereaved by the suicide of a close relative or friend. Contact them by phone on 0844 561 6855, 9am to 9pm every day.

Premature Babies, Postnatal Illness and Cot Death
Bliss is the UK charity working to provide the best possible care and support for all babies born too soon, too small and too sick and their families. TinyLife, the premature baby charity for Northern Ireland, is dedicated to reducing premature birth, illness, disability and death in babies.

Tommy's believe every pregnancy should have a happy ending, and so fund medical research into the causes of premature birth, stillbirth and miscarriage. They provide free information to educate all parents-to-be about health in pregnancy, and their midwives provide bereavement counselling support for anyone who has experienced a pregnancy loss. Sands is an organisation which supports anyone affected by the death of a baby during pregnancy or after birth. They also promote research to reduce the loss of babies' lives. The Scottish Cot Death Trust offers home support, befriending and support during subsequent pregnancy.
The Association For Post-Natal Illness
A national charity offering support and information for women suffering with Post Natal Depression, as well as a network of volunteers who have themselves experienced postnatal illness.

MATCH offers non-judgemental emotional support to mothers apart from their children in a wide variety of circumstances.
