According to one statement from di Airforce, di young flying officer die from head injury wey she get from di road accident wey happun for NAF base Kaduna.
Dem born Flying Officer Tolulope Oluwatoyin Arotile on 13 December 1995 to di family of Mr and Mrs Akintunde Arotile for Kaduna state.
She come from Ijumu Local Government Area of Kogi State.
She attend Air Force Primary School, Kaduna from 2000 - 2005 and Air Force Secondary School, Kaduna from 2006 - 2011 before she later gained admission into diNigerian Defence Academy, Kaduna as a member of 64 Regular Course on 22 September 2012.
