Police don identify one UK based Nigerian as di student wey dey fatally stabbed near De Montfort University for Leicester.

20-year-old De Montfort University (DMU) student, Khaleed Oladipo die for hospital on Tuesday evening afta dem stab am for Oxford Street, Leicester, police tok.

Leicestershire Police say dem don arrest one 18-year-old man on top suspicion of im murder, e dey for police custody as dem dey carry out extensive inquiries.

Oladipo, from London, bin dey im second year for DMU and bin dey study cyber-security.

Oladipo family tok say one of Khalid main passions na football and e be strong Arsenal supporter.

Police say dem call dem to report say one man don collapse for Oxford Street, close to di junction wit Bonners Lane, just afta 17:00 GMT on Tuesday.
