Nigerian businesswoman, Nancy Umeh bin get plan for her family, she wan born four pikin.

In di beginning, she drop two pikin sharp sharp wit one year between dem, na so kasala burst on how she go start to dey born di remaining pikin wey lead am to surrogacy.

According to di World Health Organisation (WHO), Polycystic ovary syndrome na common hormonal condition wey dey affect women of reproductive age. E dey usually start wen dem young, but symptoms fit fluctuate ova time.

PCOS fit cause hormonal imbalances, irregular periods, excess androgen levels and cysts for di ovaries. Irregular periods, usually with lack of ovulation, fit make am hard to get belle. PCOS na leading cause of infertility.

She say she do treatment afta treatment, from Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) wey be wen dem chook di man sperm during ovulation, but lack of progesterone make dem graduate to IVF so dem go fit to guide di pikin, next tin belle don land den e comot.

"Di miscarriage no stop!"

Afta one particularly hard miscarriage, afta di fertility nurse use Chlomid and Viagra take follow di belle so e go stay, na im her doctor come advice am make she reason surrogacy.

She say afta a lot of questions wey include di mata of wia dem go keep di surrogate mama and oda kain tins wey take am up to four months of research, she settle on one wey she find on Instagram wey dey share di real tori of women wey dey go through di process of surrogacy.

Dr Olaronke Thaddeus from di surrogacy agency, explain di process. She say, "we go ask you many kwesion, to check weda your mind dey sound, and make sure say you know wetin you dey do bifor we go come carry you give legal unit wey go draft contract. Surrogacy contract dey wey evribodi go sign."

She add say to do surrogacy, you go need first comot di egg wit IVF so dat dem go get embryo wey dem go wan put inside.

On di mata of CS to take comot di pikin, she note say since she don dey work dis work, doctors dey prefer to born any woman wey use IVF conceive wit C-section.

Mrs Umeh say although di process for Nigeria dey cheaper dan oda parts of di world no mean say e cheap. "We don plan for dis pikin for seven years nau, so we plan am, so evri money we dey make, we dey keep some aside for pikin."

Many misunderstandings dey about surrogacy since Nancy Umeh share her tori.
