"Di president no be soldier, so even if im do meeting wit military chiefs 50 times, e no go understand anytin. And na wetin dem want make e hear dem go tell am."

"Dis new minister sabi soldier work, so anytin wey soldiers wan do, e dey know am. Dem no fit lie give am. E add say president suppose leave dis minister make e do im work since e be professional soldier bifor."

"Christopher Musa, if e look Nigeria well and e wan work, notin wey e no sabi about soldier work. E know wia dem dey spend money, wia dem dey do tins wrong, and wia work no dey move well. E sabi all. If president give am freedom, e go do di work well," Shehu add.
