Dem use di fotos "promote Ms Lopez public appearances, boost user engagement, increase shareability, and lend credibility to her branded content", di photographer and im agency tok.

Backgrid and Oga Blanco dey seek up to $150,000 (£112,000) damages each per foto.

"For example, Ms Lopez use di Images to spotlight di pesin wey design her clothing and jewellery, she use di publicity from di event to promote her fashion affiliations and brand partnerships."
