Glads Of Honour: 'Grace thoroughly deserves this'

Meet Grace, one of the winners of a 'Glads of Honour Award', a special recognition for children who have shown charity, kindness or bravery.

Grace has spent many years fundraising, but has now set herself an epic challenge, to swim in a loch every month for a full year.

She was surprised by Gladiator Sabre who said she had been inspired by Grace.

Sabre said: "You have shown so much bravery, putting your body on the line, when it is freezing, and all to be selfless for others."

Sabre added: "We are really really proud of you."

You should never go wild swimming without a responsible adult, because open water can be very dangerous, and really cold even on a hot day. Wild swimmers like Grace have support, the right gear to keep them warm and have got used to cold water over time.
