How do young carers take a break?
Today is Young Carers Action Day, but what does being a young carer mean?
According to the Carers Trust, a young carer is someone under 18 and who cares for a loved one who, due to illness, disability, a mental health problem or an addiction, cannot cope without their support.
The action day is all about raising awareness and trying to get more support for young people with caring responsibilities.
De Graft spent an evening with a young carers group in York.
