Meet the boy who's finished more than 250 junior parkruns

How do you feel about running? Do you love it? Or does the idea fill you with dread?

Well, we've been speaking to one teenager who enjoys running so much, he's completed more than 250 junior parkruns.

Each week, around 30,000 young people cross the finish line at a junior parkrun event in the UK.

So Press Packer Harry brought us along to show us what it's all about.
