Gladiator Fire surprises young athlete with special Glads of Honour award

The Gladiators have been searching for the next worthy winner of the Glads of Honour award - a special recognition for children who have shown charity, kindness or bravery.

Seven-year-old Jake was chosen because of his Gladiator spirit and had an epic surprise from his favourite Glad... Fire!

At the age of four he had to have an operation to replace his poorly liver with a healthy one, but that has not stopped him from always going for his goals.

Fire said: "Jake has been through some really, really tough times, but he has the Gladiator spirit inside of him, a heart of a champion."
