What is a 'Glads of Honour' Award?

So what makes 'Glads of Honour'?
BBC Gladiators want to hear about a child who has done an act of charity, kindness or bravery that shows their true Gladiator spirit.
If their story is selected, they could be visited by the Newsround team and contribute to a special filmed segment to share their inspiring story.
And the best part, they could even be presented with their award by a real Gladiator!
Poppy's story
Glads of Honour: Poppy's story
To launch the new 'Glads of Honour' Awards, Newsround went to meet Poppy.
The six-year-old from Buckinghamshire spent 2025 on an epic adventure, with her mum, dad and dog, Molly.
She walked more than 400 miles to raise money for the charity Dementia UK, after her grandad was diagnosed with early-onset dementia.
"I just wanted to make a difference," Poppy said. "I've walked in Wales, Scotland Yorkshire and Dorset.. I've walked all over the UK.
"I got tired in some bits, but I just kept on going."
She raised more than £6,500 and got a major surprise at the end of her final walk when her favourite Gladiator, Diamond, came to meet her and to present her with the first ever 'Glads of Honour' Award.
