
Stephen Phillips died from a head injury, a post-mortem test showed
A man has been charged with the manslaughter of a 54-year-old man found dead at a flat in Wolverhampton.
Stephen Phillips was discovered at his Dudley Road home in Blakenhall, on 12 March 2014.
A post-mortem examination carried out at the time revealed he died from a head injury.
A 24-year-old man, of no fixed address, has been charged with manslaughter and robbery. He is due to appear at Dudley Magistrates' Court on 19 August.
West Midlands Police said a 20-year-old woman, from Bilston, had been cautioned for obstructing an investigation.
