आणि  at a stretchम्हणजे सतत, न थांबता.

On the rise म्हणजे वाढ होणे. Reach an all-time high म्हणजे आतापर्यंतच्या सर्वांत वरच्या पातळीला पोचणे 

Leave something far behind म्हणजे खूप मागे टाकणे

The amount of time people in India spend on binge-watching is on the rise.

Figures for the world generally are at an all-time high, but the figure for India leaves the world average far behind.
