Election 2008You are in: Guernsey > About Guernsey > States > Election 2008 > St Peter Port South ![]() St Peter Port parish crest St Peter Port SouthThe southern voting district of St Peter Port takes in the area south of St Julian's Avenue and therefore contains the Royal Court building where the States of Guernsey meet. 2008 sees 3,370 people registered to vote in the St Peter Port South district, which is 401 more more than the number registered in 2004, which was 2,969, this is up by 14% on the 2004 elections. The hustings meeting was held on Tuesday 15 April at the Dave Furguson Hall in Beau Sejour Centre. Help playing audio/video Polling booths will be located at the Constable's Office in Lefebvre Street and St Stephens Community Centre, and declarations will be made at the Beau Sejour Concourse. St Stephens Community Centre is wheel chair accessible.
