Za'atar recipes

Za'atar is a spice blend popular in the Middle East. Typically a combination of dried herbs (za’atar is also the name of a herb that's a variant of thyme) are mixed with sumac and sesame seeds. It's a very versatile spice mix thanks to it's gentle savoury flavour.
