Two of TV's best-loved chefs - Lesley Waters and John Burton Race - go head-to-head in an epic battle for profit. The venue is an award-winning family-run Italian restaurant in south west London. The challenge for the chefs is to come up with an authentic three-course menu to impress the diners.
