Madeleine Dampier

Madeleine started her madeleinesmeals Instagram account in 2020 as a way to share recipes with friends and family. What started as a very laidback and personal project, has since progressed into a space that champions simple, healthy yet flavour-packed cooking.

She wants show that eating healthy need never be boring or restrictive, and strongly believes that you don’t need to be a trained chef to understand how to whip up a nourishing meal. Healthy eating doesn’t have to break the bank either as Madeleine focusses on everyday staples, especially cheaper ingredients such as beans, pulses and vegetables.
