Elly Curshen

Elly Curshen is a bestselling cookbook author who's passionate about cooking food from scratch and using up leftovers. She's also known as Elly Pear, after her successful Bristol venue, the Pear Café, which closed in 2018.

She is the author of the best-selling books Fast Days and Feast Days, Elly Pear's Let's Eat! and Green, and is a weekly columnist for Waitrose Weekend.
