Claire has worked as a professional chef in many restaurants, but in recent years has taken to social media as @5oclockapron, a digital food diary of the food she cooks at home for her family. Author of 11 cookery books, Claire also has a podcast where she travels to other people’s home to see what they are cooking for their tea.
