Anna Del Conte

Anna del Conte is an Italian-born food writer who has spent the majority of her life in England. She is widely recognised as one of the leading figures in raising the country’s awareness of Italian cuisine.

Anna’s previous works include Portrait of Pasta and Secrets of an Italian Kitchen and cover both recipes and food history.
